Lucille Zucchero for Village Clerk

Lucille began her career with the Village of Addison in 1977 in the Engineering Division of Community Development and has served as Village Clerk since her election in 1989. A Registered Municipal Clerk and Certified Master Municipal Clerk, she is an active member of the Municipal Clerks of DuPage and Illinois and the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, where she has held leadership roles, including District Director and committee chairperson. Appointed by the Governor to the Illinois Institute and Academy Training Committee, she has helped provide professional training for Illinois Municipal Clerks. Lucille has also contributed to her community through service on numerous local boards, including Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, Loyola Hospital, the Kiwanis Club, and the American Cancer Society. Currently, she serves on the DuPage Mayors and Managers Transportation & Policy Committee and chairs the Pace Citizens Advisory Board. Her distinguished career has earned her multiple honors, such as “Woman of the Year” by the American Association of University Women and Elmhurst Memorial Hospital’s “Distinguished Service Award.” A resident of Addison since 1969, Lucille has four children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
